「泥好共好」USR 計畫邁入第五年，由北科大文化事業發展系、工業設計 系與材料及資源工程系組成跨域團隊，攜手鶯歌藝師推動陶瓷技藝傳 承、產業轉型與永續發展。 計畫鏈結產官學資源，聚焦四大核心：「活絡陶瓷知識」、「人才培育」、「科技加值」與「文化重塑」。團隊首創大專院校陶瓷彩繪常設課程，並設計 USR特色工藝紀念品。學生參與移地教學，深入產業進行現況觀察與精 進建議；材料科技則投入原料升級，創造環境友善製程。 國際交流遍及日、韓、中及歐洲，並與國內大專合辦工作坊與聯展，提升 陶藝教育與創作能量。學生作品於國際展會中展現新世代文化力。計畫每年以展覽呈現成果，並榮獲《遠見》USR大學社會責任獎「在地共融組 楷模獎」。

Muddy Buddys: Empowering Yingge Ceramics and Cultural Sustainability through Technology (USR) at National Taipei University of Technology unites the Department of Cultural Vocation Development, the Department of Industrial Design, and the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering with Yingge artisans.

Centered on four aims—revitalizing ceramic knowledge, cultivating talent, enabling technology-driven value-addition, and reframing culture—the team launched Taiwan’s first permanent university ceramic-painting course and created USR craft mementos. Students carry out fieldwork with actionable recommendations, while materials research upgrades raw materials and advances greener processes.

International exchanges across Japan, Korea, China, and Europe, alongside joint workshops and exhibitions, strengthen education and creativity. Annual showcases present outcomes; the project has been recognized with Global Views Monthly’s USR University Social Responsibility Award.
